By using the services of Tidy 3sixty LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Tidy 3Sixty LLC provides commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine janitorial services

  • Deep cleaning

  • Specialized cleaning (medical offices, fitness centers, offices, etc.)

Services are performed based on agreed scope, schedule, and pricing.

2. Estimates & Scope

  • Estimates are based on walkthroughs or provided information

  • Pricing may change if actual conditions differ

  • Additional services must be approved before completion

3. Access to Property

Clients agree to:

  • Provide access at scheduled times

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

  • Provide accurate entry instructions

Failure to provide access may result in a missed service fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms (Net-15, Net-30, etc.) will be outlined in your invoice

  • Late payments may incur fees

  • Recurring services may be automatically invoiced

Accounts not paid on time may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Minimum 24–48 hours notice required

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee

  • Emergency changes handled case-by-case

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of service

  • We will address and resolve the issue promptly

7. Limitations of Liability

Tidy 3Sixty LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Improperly secured or fragile items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by undisclosed hazards

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Biohazards or infectious risks

  • Unsafe conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.

9. Supplies & Equipment

We provide professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

10. Workforce

Services may be performed by employees or independent contractors trained by Tidy 3Sixty LLC.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for:

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Violation of these terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
